The 2007 annual meeting of the RRBO was held in Do Son town (Hai Phong city) on January 10, 2008. Representatives of member provinces and relevant organizations were present at the meeting. Reports of the RRBO Office, of the two sub-RBO Offices were presented and followed by intensive discussions on how to run effective activities in favor of integrated water resources management in the Red – Thai Binh river basin.
