BUILDING THE EXPRESS ROAD NOI BAI - HA LONG (13/08/2004)

Building the express road Noi Bai - Ha Long of 144 km with 4 lanes of vehicles in the initial time and 6 - 8 lanes of vehicles in the future, building and putting in use the Uong Bi - Ha Long section by 2010.
